Toni Minelli (Newington, Conn.) and improve to 4-10 overall and 3-7 in the TCCC. Regis falls to 4-11 overall and 1-9 in conference games.
Chelsea Shaughnessy (Halifax, Mass.) added four goals, while
Melanie Chhouy (Pepperell, Mass.) chipped in with three goals and an assist.
Krista-Jean Forand (Plymouth, Mass.) also scored three times.
Regis scored twice in a 12-second span before Minelli sparked a five-goal Nichols spree. Regis got two back to cut the Bison's lead to one, but four more from Nichols opened up a 9-4 Nichols lead with 9:15 left in the half. After a Pride score, Forand potted a free-position goal and
Shayna Ramalho (Monroe, Conn.) made it a six-goal Bison lead with 4:29 remaining in the stanza. Regis scored twice more before Chhouy and Forand capped the half's scoring to give the Bison a 13-7 advantage at the beark.
Tana DiCenso scored back-to-back goals for the Pride to open the second half, but Nichols went on to score seven of the game's final nine goals, including a tallyfrom

Danielle Mott (Cranston, R.I.) made 13 saves to pick up her third win of the season. Regis goalkeeper Meghan Ryan made 13 stops and allowed the first 17 goals in 46 minutes before bowing out to Alycia Murray.
Nichols is back in action Saturday for Senior Day when the Bison host Curry at 11:30 a.m. Regis travels to Roger Williams Saturday for a 3:30 p.m. TCCC game Saturday.
